RETURN
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, Tesoro’s return policy allows you to return the product purchased on the Authorization channel within 30 days counting from the date of receipt of the delivery package.
please contact us immediately at support@tesororide.com for a return address or return label. Customers need to be responsible for the return shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.
Once the returned item arrives back in Tesoro's warehouse for inspection, the refund or exchange process will begin.

- All brand-new Tesoroelectric balance bike are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner, protecting against all manufacturing defects.
- The warranty is automatically registered when you order and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that the warranty applies to the initial purchaser only.
- For orders that are fully refunded as a result of a dispute, the customer's balance bikewill no longer be eligible for any services provided by Tesoro.
Batteries
- It is normal circumstence for the battery capacity fading with time goes by. It is excluded out of the warranty coverage.
- Warranty service will be not honored if the damage is caused by human.
This Limited Warranty does not cover

Claims Process
All claims to this warranty must be made through Tesoro and submitted to support@tesororide.com. Proofs of purchase (i.e., invoice or order number) and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@tesororide.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Tesoro within 1 years of initial purchase.
Tesoro will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@tesororide.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

Repair Service
For repair services, Tesoro will only provide free replacement parts.
All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.
Limitation of Damages
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Tesoro shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Tesoro has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
